SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At Monlu, we work to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

1. Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time for Spain is 7 to 12 business days.

- Processing: Once your purchase is completed, your order is processed within 1 to 3 business days.

- Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Costs: We currently offer Free Shipping to all of Spain on all our orders, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Order Tracking: All of our shipments include a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or on the postal platform once it arrives in Spain.

4. Customs: By operating with the IOSS system, VAT is already included in your purchase, so you will not face any additional customs charges when receiving your package in Spain.
