Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive the item. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Conditions for returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

2. Defective or damaged products: If the product arrives broken or defective, please send us a photo or video to monlu.web@gmail.com within the first 48 hours after receipt. We will cover the cost of sending you a new one at no additional charge.

3. Return shipping costs: Shipping costs for returning the item for personal reasons (don't like it, no longer want it) will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
